Located in a private suite in Rochester, MN, SKIN by Haylee offers a relaxing one-on-one experience where every appointment is personalized to your skin’s needs and goals. From custom facials and advanced treatments to dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and waxing services, my goal is to help you feel confident and cared for in your skin. CANCELLATION POLICY
A 25% deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee, which is satisfied by forfeiting your 25% deposit. Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service (up to 100% of the service total). Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment before future appointments can be booked.
